Junior Web/Interactive QA Tester

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per annum Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of project experience Responsibilities • Review and analyze website specifications • Technical requirements • Content needs • Visual design briefs • Collaborate with team members to develop effective strategies and test plans • Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results • Report bugs and errors to development teams • Help troubleshoot issues • Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle • Create and refine QA process for both clients and the internal team • Develop QA protocols on a per project basis that align to the project and/launch needs. • Research and adapt to new technologies to stay up-to-date with technology standards • Review, respond, and assign incoming help desk trouble tickets • Oversee weekly automated website maintenance procedures Requirements and skills • Experience with agile projects and QA methodology • Ability to document and troubleshoot errors • Knowledge of testing software (e.g. Bugherd, Browserstack, Lambda, Email on Acid) • Ability to learn new technologies and software quickly • Excellent communication skills • Attention to detail • Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude • Strong organizational skills Advantages • Annual Salary increment • Health insurance • 401k matching Flexible working hours Apply Job!
