MES Software Deployment Team Lead

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled MES Software Deployment Team Lead with experience in manufacturing MES systems to join our team. The MES Software Deployment Team Lead will be responsible for leading the deployment and implementation of MES solutions for our manufacturing clients, with a focus on window manufacturing. Experience in window manufacturing is a plus, and a minimum of 1 year... of manufacturing experience is required. Responsibilities: • Lead a team of deployment specialists in the successful deployment and implementation of Manufacturing MES solutions for our clients • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and customize MES solutions to meet their needs • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful deployment and implementation of MES systems • Provide training and support to clients on MES system usage and maintenance • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and project managers, to ensure successful deployment of MES solutions

Qualifications

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment • Experience in window manufacturing is a plus • Proven experience in deploying and implementing MES solutions for manufacturing clients • Strong technical skills and proficiency in MES technologies, such as Wonderware MES, Apriso, or equivalent systems • Proficiency in SQL programming for data management and analysis • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively • Experience with project management methodologies and tools Additional Information Why work for Cornerstone Building Brands? The US base salary range for this full-time position is $109,000 to $122,000 + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
