Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: (60,000.00 to )110,000.00 annually. Employment eligibility to work with American Express in the U.S. is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position. Skills • Experience in visual design and interaction design • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite • Strong understanding of email design best practices • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • High level of organization and personal accountability • Knowledge of accessibility best practices Responsibilities • Execute visual design across all stages of the project life cycle • Create effective email campaigns that resonate with card holders • Implement the AmEx brand consistently across digital experiences • Design new acquisition pages that align with strategy and marketing goals • Collaborate with engineers and QA to ensure design feasibility • Clearly articulate and present concepts to senior design leadership • Champion accessibility in design practices Qualifications • 3 years of experience in Visual Design, Interaction Design, or experience design preferred • Experience working independently • Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile interfaces • Experience working with content strategists, account managers, and engineers Education Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in a design-related field preferred Education Requirements Credential Category • Design or related field Experience Requirements • Proven experience in visual design with a focus on email campaigns • Familiarity with style guides, pattern libraries, and enterprise-level design solutions Why work in Atlanta, GA Atlanta is a vibrant city known for its rich history, diverse culture, and thriving business environment.
