Amazon Connect Practice Leader Location: Remote US... Employment: Full time Travel: Ability to travel up to 30% Eventus is hiring an experienced leader to join our growing team as an Amazon Connect Practice Leader. In this role, you will spearhead the growth and development of our Amazon Connect practice, build a team, drive innovation, foster strategic partnerships, and deliver exceptional client experiences. As the Amazon Connect Practice Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Amazon Connect Practice and establish Eventus as a leader in Amazon Connect cloud contact center solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Build, lead and inspire a team of Amazon Connect consultants and engineers, foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to grow our Amazon Connect practice, including a multi-step go to market plan, market analysis, partner ecosystem engagement, and thought leadership activities. • Build and nurture relationships with clients, act as a trusted advisor and drive customer success through strategic guidance, solution design, and ongoing support. • Cultivate partnerships with Amazon Connect and other ecosystem partners, leverage resources, training, and opportunities to drive business growth. • Engage with Amazon Connect sales team / leadership. • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Amazon Connect and cloud contact center space, drive continuous innovation and differentiation. • Provide professional growth and development opportunities for team members through training, mentorship, skills enhancement, certifications, etc. • Establish best practices, standards, and methodologies for Amazon Connect implementations and ensure high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction. • Refine our use case library, establishing new ones and publishing them in Amazon Connect ecosystem. • Position the organization as a thought leader in Amazon Connect through participation in industry events, webinars, etc. • Work with internal sales teams to help sell Amazon Connect. • Qualify opportunities and determine if Amazon connect is an appropriate match for Client needs. • Lead responses to RFPs that involve Amazon Connect (create response library, participate technically/strategically). Qualifications for success: • 8 or more years of experience leading a consulting practice or integration practice with multiple teams and multiple Clients • 3 years or more years of Amazon Connect experience to include Amazon Connect architecture, features, and capabilities. Must have hands on experience designing and implementation of complex Amazon Connect solutions • Extensive CCaaS integration experience • Experience building a portfolio of successful Client success stories, use cases, testimonials, ROI, whitepapers, etc. to demonstrate credibility and attract new Clients and help them understand the value proposition and benefits of Amazon Connect • Experience with AWS Partner Network (APN) programs and experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Amazon Connect and technical teams to support and drive business growth. For example, relationships with AWS or Amazon Connect representatives who will provide insights regarding product developments, training, certifications, and co selling opportunities. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. Pay within this range will vary based upon experience, skills, certifications, education among other factors as required in the job description. In addition, this position is eligible for an annual bonus up to 20% plus additional incentive compensation of 20% to 30% based on the annual revenue generated in the Amazon Connect practice.
