Key Responsibilities • Manage a diverse range of customer inquiries through online chat. • Deliver precise information regarding products and services via chat interactions. • Schedule appointments by discerning customer needs. • Cultivate and update a knowledge base reflecting our constantly evolving products and services. • Record customer contact details for lead generation and subsequent client follow-up. • Summarize chat interactions based on customer requirements for client evaluation. Required Skills • Exemplary customer service skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. • Strong decision-making and analytical acumen. • Fluent English proficiency, both spoken and written. • Basic proficiency in internet and window-based computer applications. • Fast typing skills, ideally at least 35 WPM. • Ability to multitask effectively, with gaming experience viewed as advantageous. • Positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions. Qualifications • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive sector is preferred, yet not mandatory. • A minimum typing speed of 35 WPM is required; 40 WPM or higher is preferred. • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification is necessary. • Experience in an office setting, customer interaction, call center, or similar customer service role is preferred, with at least 2 years of experience. • Must successfully pass a background check.
