Job Details: • Position Type: Full-Time (37.5 hours/week) • Location: Fully Remote • Caseload: K-12 students with diverse needs • Contract Type: 1099 • Pay Rate: $47-50 per hour, based on experience Key Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students. • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to meet each student's unique needs. • Deliver virtual speech therapy sessions using evidence-based practices to facilitate effective communication. • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure therapy goals align with students’ educational plans. • Monitor student progress regularly and adjust therapy strategies as necessary. • Attend IEP meetings to provide insights on students' communication goals and progress. Qualifications: • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. • Active SLP license in Michigan. • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is required. • Minimum of two years of experience in a school-based setting is preferred. • Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms and technology. • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
