Comfortable with high school level Math and English This position does NOT require a teaching certification Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Test prep experience preferred but not required Positive attitude Engaging and entertaining presentation style Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and able to effectively communicate with students A passion for teaching and a desire to help students achieve their best possible test scores Desire to grow and receive feedback Strong organizational and time management skills Familiarity with national and state standardized exams preferred Willingness to travel locally and regionally for in-person instruction and accept work assignments during daytime hours, Monday through Saturday Compassion for all learners, including those from diverse backgrounds and with different learning styles Valid drivers license Deep belief in the potential of all students and a passion for MasteryPreps mission Respect for individuals' diverse experiences and the ability to work effectively with people from a variety of backgrounds This is a 1099 contract position.
