Scrum Master - Part Time
Description: As a scrum master, you're passionate about outcomes and supporting a development team that's modernizing critical projects. You know the importance of Agile best practices and how to combat challenges early. On our team, you'll apply your functional knowledge to coach a development team to focus on sprint goals. You'll apply basic scrum principles and concepts to resolve routine problems. Using tools like JIRA, Atlassian and confluence , you'll strengthen sustainable process improvements. In this role, you'll directly impact law enforcement by providing real-time data that drives changes in field operations. This is an opportunity to grow your experience in scrum software development, IT project management, and tactical planning. Requirements: 5-7 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a preference for around 10 years of overall experience. Proven experience in agile development and implementation. Strong coaching and training skills in agile... methodologies. Versatile experience as a Scrum Master across multiple companies and projects (data, application, infrastructure, etc.). Proficiency with the Atlassian Suite (Confluence, Jira, Jira Align). Scrum Master certification (any recognized certification is acceptable). US and Canada resident only.
