Responsibilities: • Generate... leads through various channels, including canvassing, events, referrals, and online platforms. • Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria. • Engage potential customers in conversations about solar energy and its benefits. • Schedule appointments for Solar Consultants to conduct in-home or virtual consultations. • Accurately record lead and appointment information in our CRM system. • Provide excellent customer service and represent our company in a professional manner. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Solar Appointment Setter with a track record of success. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong ability to build rapport and engage with potential customers. • Passion for renewable energy and sustainability. • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
