Responsibilities
Work with USIC field staff, as well as on-call contractors to reschedule service tickets, document in the USIC Ticket Pro system Inside Services Representatives will call and e-mail USIC field tech/contractors to reschedule ticket completion date, document and follow up with the technician in the field Status utility locates for assigned utility customers within the USIC Ticket Pro system Apply Job!
