Responsibilities: • Deliver engaging presentations to potential customers, and be able to overcome objections and address customer concerns to facilitate the closing of sales. • Communicate product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and persuasively to drive customer enrollment • Foster a collaborative environment among the sales support team and ensure effective communication and coordination with the sales representatives. • Update and maintain customer information in the company's CRM system. • Continuously seek ways to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall sales support operations. • Work toward achieving or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the sales manager. • Provide additional information, answer questions, and nurture leads to conversion. • Seek mentorship and guidance from experienced sales professionals to enhance performance.
