Key Responsibilities • Deliver exemplary service to patients, embodying the organization’s values and mission. • Engage with patients through outbound calls to facilitate the payment process for medical bills. • Maintain clear, professional, and empathetic communication with patients, guiding them through payment procedures. • Diligently review patient accounts and accurately document all interactions. • Negotiate fair payment plans tailored to individual patient circumstances. • Assist patients in establishing payments through various methods, including checks, credit cards, and electronic transfers. • Comply with company policies and procedures to provide a seamless experience for our patients. • Achieve or surpass designated performance objectives and targets. • Collaborate closely with team leaders and management to resolve challenges and enhance patient satisfaction. • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management to promote team success and patient contentment.
