Part-Time/Coverage Sleep Coach (Remote)
This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: California (USA) Who You Are... A driven and adaptable coach with experience in Sleep Science or text-based coaching methods An individual who is passionate about helping others, eager to learn and excited about experimenting with different strategies Someone who excels in a fast-paced environment and can achieve a high quality output while maintaining an efficient workflow Responsabilities Manage inbound and outbound messages for assigned members and coverage members (up to 20 hours per week, with additional opportunities as needed) Leverage digital sleep science and the coaching platform to make strategic, effective coaching decisions while staying within the coaching scope of practice Respond to all inbound messages within the established SLAs Provide a coaching experience that uses a range of attributes and techniques, including: active listening, tone, empathy, reflection, goal setting, motivational interviewing, personalization, sleep science referencing, and skills based in CBT-I Partner with members to work towards healthy lifestyle changes while building self-awareness and improving sleep health behavior for sustainable change Provide members with relevant sleep help tools and actionable vetted resources Collaborate with the coaching team and other departments to continuously improve our member experience Provide Coaching coverage for members of the Coaching Team as needed Analyze member data and behavior to provide an effective coaching experience Objectively assess our coaching platform/approaches and relay your insights and feedback to the Product and Engagement Teams Requirements Bachelors Degree Coaching certification At least 1 year of text-based coaching experience (NBHWC preferred) or Sleep Science knowledge Can manage a caseload of 100+ people Experience working in a fast-paced remote environmentSleep Reset Creed: There will be no failures, only learning experiences.
