Shopify Expert to Link Website to Our UPS Account
After a successful crowdfunding campaign, we’ve hit a wall with the launch of our website. The initial designers we contracted with did a good job of laying down the framework of the website, but when it came to our edits, they said Shopify’s templates were too rigid and couldn’t accommodate many of our requests. The second company we contracted with has been successful in implementing many of those changes, but when it comes to linking Shopify to our UPS account and leveraging our negotiated rates, they’re struggling. For the most part, the website is built – it just needs connecting to UPS. If you are a wizard and can implement those changes that remain undone, that would be great, but it is not our priority. We are losing business because our customers can’t purchase more product. What we need is a working website, not a perfect website. Before contracting with anyone, we would like to have a brief 15-to-30-minute phone call to discuss our needs and confirm compatibility.
