Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
- Actively listen to customer concerns and provide relevant solutions
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and manage follow-ups
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies
- Follow company procedures to ensure high standards of service
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
- No previous experience required; comprehensive training will be provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Detail-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Basic computer skills and experience with customer support tools
- Willingness to relocate to Greece
