Sourcing Specialist- REMOTE
Job Title: Sourcing Specialist Overview: The Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for the front end of the sales process to build a strong talent pipeline for practice opportunities. Responsibilities: Utilize direct and indirect sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates. Conduct complex internet searches and cold calling to engage talent. Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit. Track sourcing metrics and report on pipeline progress. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. 2+ years of experience in sourcing or recruitment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using sourcing tools and platforms. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
