The Talent Acquisition team at V2X is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to provide administrative assistance to our recruiting team. To be successful in this role, you will develop and maintain business relationships and be recognized as a trusted partner. This requires working with a sense of urgency, driving the process forward, and having excellent follow-up skills. We value diverse skills and experience, so don't hold back. Principal Responsibilities and Accountabilities: • Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events and maintain agendas. • Handle last-minute scheduling changes. • Coordinate TA training sessions and seminars. • Produce and Submit reports on general TA activity. • Assist with the recruitment process by initiating and monitoring background checks and drug screenings. • Assist with the posting of open positions in the Applicant Tracking System. • Coordinate candidate Travel • Other duties as assigned Professional Requirements, Qualifications & Desired Competencies: • H/S Diploma or equivalent • Prior experience using an Applicant Tracking System. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines. • Ability to take initiative and work independently when needed • Highly computer literate • Strong skills using Microsoft Office Suite • Organizational and time management skills. • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. • Meticulous attention to detail. • Attentive listener • Ability to follow directions accurately and without hesitation • HR competence • Understanding, empathetic, and relatable • Professional integrity and sense of responsibility and accountability Desired Qualifications: • 1-2 years of general office experience. What We Bring • At V2X we strive to be market-competitive in our total reward offerings. • The successful candidate’s starting pay will be based on, but not limited to, their job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. • The following salary range is intended to display the value of the company’s base pay compensation and may be modified at the discretion of the company. • USD $ 35,000 - $60,000 • Provided salary range minimum and maximum values correspond to variances between regional/geographic locations across the United States. • Please speak with a recruiter for additional information.
