Program Manager - Innovation Management

Lead innovation management efforts: As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for spearheading all innovation initiatives at Netflix. This includes identifying opportunities for innovation, developing strategies, and implementing them effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: You will work closely with teams across the organization, including product development, marketing, and content teams, to drive innovation and ensure alignment with business goals. Stay updated on industry trends: To drive innovation, you must have a deep understanding of the media and technology landscape. You will be responsible for staying updated on industry trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscape to identify potential opportunities for innovation. Develop and implement innovative strategies: You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that will shape the future of the entertainment industry. This includes identifying new business models, exploring new technologies, and pursuing partnerships and collaborations. Lead and mentor a team: As the leader of the innovation management efforts, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of individuals with diverse backgrounds and skillsets. Foster a culture of innovation: You will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of innovation within the organization.
