English (US) Annotator - Remote Part-time

DataForce by TransPerfect is currently looking for a Remote English (US) Data Annotator with fluency in English to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative project to improve Artificial Intelligence and technology. Role Summary As a freelance Annotator your task will be to read through movie or TV series screenplays and annotate each word with predefined labels. • Work location: Remote/work from home • Engagement model: Freelance/Independent contractor • Expected project start date: 2nd of December 2024 • Estimated project end: 20th of December 2024 • Preferred availability: 10 hours per week or more • Compensation: 15 USD/ hour, provided the productivity target is met Requirements: To be considered for the role you should meet the following qualifying criteria: • Be over 18 years old. • Be a native speaker of English (US). • Have availability to work at least 10 hours per week. • Have access to reliable and steady internet connection and computer. • Have excellent spelling and grammar knowledge, typing speed and accuracy. • Excellent time management. • Ability to understand and implement feedback. • Interest and/or knowledge of movie/TV series script writing and conventions is a plus. • Previous annotation experience is a plus. As part of the selection process, all eligible candidates will be asked to take a qualification test. The test duration is approximately 20 to 30 minutes. We are looking forward to working with you!
