Qualifications: • Strong written communication skills with attention to detail. • Experience in customer service or email/chat support preferred. • Proficiency with CRM and email/chat software. • Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously. • Problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset. • Knowledge of pharmaceutical or healthcare industries is a plus.
