Our growing business is looking for skilled problem solvers to join our team as Online chat Specialist (Beginner Level). We need an enthusiastic individual who can chat online with visitors and answer any questions they might have while visiting a website. The successful candidate will offer quick and accurate assistance to customers.What you will be doing: Chat Support Customer Service agents handle incoming Customer Service questions via Chat Support on businesses websites and Remote Social Media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.Contract length: No fixed termRate: $35 per hourSkills/background needed: Must have a device able to access Remote Social Media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
