Additional Duties: • Collaborate with other departments, such as Appliances and Flooring, to provide customers with a comprehensive home improvement experience. • Assist with inventory management, including restocking products and conducting inventory counts as needed. • Participate in training sessions and meetings to stay informed about product updates and sales techniques. Qualifications: • Previous retail experience is preferred, especially in a home improvement or decor-related field. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Knowledge of window treatment and wall covering products is a plus. • Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.
