Key Responsibilities Participate in both voice and non-voice tasks as required. Manage inbound and outbound communications with professionalism and respect. Validate information provided to our clients by third-party sources using online databases to guarantee precision. Execute Enrichment Tasks as outlined in client training. Perform data entry, vendor resource verifications, and board certifications, including follow-ups with various state boards for status updates. Ensure prompt and high-caliber execution of assignments. Remain adaptable in performing additional responsibilities as needed. Required Skills Openness to engaging in both voice and non-voice processes. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Competence in working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team. Proficiency with computers is preferred. Qualifications Previous experience in inbound/outbound call centers, inside sales, or related customer service roles is advantageous. Availability for a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week, with immediate start. Flexibility to adapt to changes in processes and information. Support for a home-office setup with a reliable internet connection.
