Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist, your primary duties will encompass: Reviewing extensive volumes of medical evaluations Accurately inputting data into our established database Effectively communicating with internal team members Ensuring strict confidentiality of sensitive information Interpreting and paying careful attention to medical terminology Executing all data entry tasks with exceptional precision Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Dynamics for data management Required Skills The ideal candidate will possess the following competencies: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Excellent typing and data entry capabilities, emphasizing accuracy Strong organizational skills, with the ability to maintain systematic filing structures Outstanding customer service abilities Professional and articulate email communication Meticulous attention to detail, coupled with the capacity to multitask Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team Qualifications A prior background in an educational or healthcare environment is advantageous, though not mandatory Familiarity with medical terminology and shorthand is preferred, yet not required
