Job Title : front End Lead Developer Experience: 8+ Years Location: Remote Salary- Upto 1 Lakh /month SHIFT TIMING-IST Job Summary:Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Front-End Lead with expertise in eCommerce platforms to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of complex front-end architectures, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and user-centric eCommerce solutions. Your strong technical expertise will guide the team, ensuring high-quality, performant, and maintainable code. Key Responsibilities: Lead the front-end development efforts for large-scale eCommerce projects, defining and implementing best practices in architecture and code quality. Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product owners, and back-end developers to ensure seamless integration and alignment between design, front-end, and back-end components. Architect and develop responsive, performant, and maintainable front-end solutions using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.js, Vue.js, or Angular. Provide technical leadership in planning and executing front-end development, including ensuring cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility. Optimize front-end performance, applying techniques such as lazy loading, code splitting, and caching to improve load times and user experience. Ensure the implementation of WCAG accessibility standards and SEO best practices across the front-end applications. Guide the team in building reusable components and establishing scalable front-end architecture for future development. Integrate front-end solutions with eCommerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, or Shopify. Manage front-end codebase versioning, deployments, and build processes using tools like Git, Webpack, Gulp, or Grunt. Mentor and coach junior front-end developers, providing code reviews, architectural guidance, and leadership. Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies, frameworks, and tools to ensure the team leverages best practices and industry trends. 8-12 years of professional experience in front-end development and architecture, with at least 3-5 years working on eCommerce platforms. Expertise in front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.js, Vue.js, or Angular. Experience with Node.js for server-side development, API integration, and building scalable, high-performance applications. Experience in integrating front-end with RESTful APIs and headless CMS/eCommerce systems. Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, Shopify, etc.) and their front-end customization. Proven experience with responsive web design and mobile-first development. Deep knowledge of performance optimization techniques (minification, compression, lazy loading, etc.). Familiarity with front-end testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress. Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and front-end build processes. In-depth understanding of web security best practices, including XSS, CSRF, and secure authentication. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience leading a team of developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments. Knowledge of Progressive Web Applications (PWAs) and Single Page Applications (SPAs). Familiarity with SEO optimization and WCAG accessibility standards. Experience working with headless eCommerce architectures and CMS platforms. Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to lead and mentor teams in delivering high-quality front-end solutions. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on performance and user experience. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A passion for continuous learning and staying up to date with the latest front-end technologies and industry trends.
