SAP Vertex Functional Consultant (Remote)
Title: SAP Vertex Functional Consultant Location: Remote (Occasional commute to Seattle, WA) Job Description: Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Vertex process design, configuration, and testing. Expertise in SAP integration with Vertex O Series/Sabrix. Advanced proficiency in functional designs and business process designs. Ability to work collaboratively with developers to create functional specifications. Experience in defect resolution during testing phases (FUT, SIT, UAT). Bachelor's degree (minimum requirement). Key Responsibilities: Lead Vertex process design for buy/sell processes. Configure Vertex and test integration with SAP systems. Collaborate with developers to design functional specification documents. Triage and resolve defects during FUT, SIT, and UAT phases. Analyze and design new business processes, documenting implementation requirements. Partner with business stakeholders to define product requirements and use cases. Conduct user and task analysis to ensure alignment with business needs. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate teams on new processes.
