Responsibilities: Assess and diagnose communication disorders, including speech, language, voice, and fluency; create and apply IEPs tailored to each student. Provide therapy services, monitor progress, and revise treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school personnel to address students communication challenges. Conduct screenings, maintain thorough records, and take part in team meetings for effective planning. Advocate for students, stay informed on the latest trends, and engage in professional development.
