Remote Intervention Specialist for Middle School

Key Responsibilities • Analyze Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for assigned students and create customized educational strategies. • Deliver targeted interventions for students who are below grade level, focusing on areas such as reading comprehension, behavioral support, and writing. • Collaborate closely with educators to ensure that students receive individualized assistance and achieve measurable progress. • Adapt and modify lesson plans to accommodate the diverse needs of your students. • Maintain a flexible schedule to meet the needs of both students and teachers effectively. Required Skills • Proficient knowledge of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). • Ability to design tailored educational plans. • Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with teachers. • Adaptability to modify lesson plans as needed. • Excellent communication skills to engage with students and other educators. Qualifications • Experience in educational settings, particularly with middle school students. • A solid background in special education or a related field. • A commitment to student-centered educational practices.
