Responsibilities: • Perform routine maintenance and repairs at our short-term rental properties, ensuring everything is in top condition for guests. • Troubleshoot and fix minor issues such as plumbing leaks, electrical malfunctions, and HVAC system maintenance. • Conduct property inspections before and after guest stays, ensuring all units are clean, well-maintained, and ready for the next guest. • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for more extensive repairs and improvements, ensuring all issues are resolved quickly. • Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and resolve them to maintain guest satisfaction. • Keep inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, and ensure they are stocked for efficient operations. • Collaborate with property management to ensure all properties meet safety and compliance standards. • Perform general handywork tasks, including painting, fixing appliances, furniture assembly, and landscaping as needed. Benefits: • Competitive hourly wage or salary, based on experience and qualifications. • $40,000-$60,000 depending on experience. • Eligibility for overtime and bonus programs based on performance.
