Production Associate - Night Shift
Location: Jackson, TN Wage: 21.00/ hr Shift Differential: $1.00 / hour Shift: Night Shifts available Overnight, 7-7:30AM. 3 days on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off. While reporting to the Production Supervisor as a Production Associate you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks in support of production operations. What Youll Be Doing: Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment or machinery. Preparing, inspecting, and measuring raw materials. Checking components for compliance with tolerances or specifications and may perform finish work. Basic trouble shooting, clearing jams, and splicing and threading membrane into equipment. May provide training or guidance to new production workers. This position is located in Jackson, TN. Known as Hub City, Jackson is a central location for West TN shopping, dining, and entertainment. Wed love to hear from you if: You can perform work under general supervision. You can handle moderately complex issues/ problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff. Must be an effective communicator over the public address system. You can provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to subordinate group.
