Key Responsibilities • Conduct one-hour video counseling sessions, delivering individualized support to clients. • Implement motivational interviewing techniques to facilitate meaningful behavior change. • Assist clients in discovering their motivations and developing sustainable strategies for lasting improvements. • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ensuring confidentiality and ethical practices during every interaction. • Document session details, including notes and client follow-ups, in real-time. • Keep abreast of the latest research and trends in nutrition. • Engage in continuous learning through training and professional development opportunities. • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance service offerings and innovate client experience. Required Skills • Active licensure with the Minnesota Board of Dietetics and Nutrition Practice. • Credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Strong organizational and time management capabilities. • Comfort with virtual engagement for extended periods. • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Compensation
