This part-time, fully remote position is ideal for someone with experience in healthcare or mental health administration, who is tech-savvy, and who values collaboration and client care. Your Role: As our Virtual Assistant, you?ll play a crucial role in supporting our practice by:? - Answering phone calls and emails with warmth and professionalism.? - Scheduling consultations and managing our practice calendar.? - Coordinating care with other healthcare providers.?- Performing light EHR management (e.g., updating client information).? - Organizing documents, completing data entry, and generating reports. What We?re Looking For: Must-Have Skills: - HIPAA certification.? - Prior experience in a mental health or healthcare setting.? - Proficiency in Google Workspace, SimplePractice, Sessions Health, Google Voice, and Calendly (or ability to learn quickly).?- Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and a welcoming demeanor.??
