Duties • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. • Create engaging content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. • Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities using social listening tools. • Conduct research on industry trends and competitor strategies to inform content creation and marketing efforts. • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing goals. • Utilize SEO best practices to enhance the visibility of content across search engines. • Design graphics and visuals using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator, to support social media campaigns. • Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports on social media effectiveness to guide future strategies.
