ASL-VRI Interpreter - Daytime, Evening, Weekend Shifts

Description: • Facilitate communication access among Deaf and hearing communities • Provide interpreting and/or transliterating services primarily in the healthcare environment • Keep all medical information strictly confidential • Follow the NAD-RID Professional Code of Conduct • Render the message faithfully, always conveying the content and spirit of the speaker • Accept assignments using discretion with regard to skill, setting, and the consumers involved • Function in a manner appropriate to each interpreted situation • Strive to further knowledge and skills through professional development • Maintain high professional standards by virtue of professional membership, certification, and ethical practices.
