Position: Staff Accountant - Remote - Phoenix, AZ We are in search of a meticulous and knowledgeable Staff Accountant who possesses proficiency in QuickBooks to become an integral member of our organization. Key Responsibilities • Maintain and update financial records utilizing QuickBooks software, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy. • Execute financial transactions, encompassing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. • Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other essential financial documents. • Compile and manage financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and guidelines. • Perform daily bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management. • Work collaboratively with team members to address discrepancies or issues in financial documentation. • Remain informed on industry developments and innovations in bookkeeping and QuickBooks.
