The system should handle: Inbound/Outbound Calls: Manage client inquiries, follow-ups, and confirmations. Emails: Send and respond to booking and marketing emails. Appointment Management: Set, modify, and cancel appointments/reservations seamlessly. Human-like Conversations: The AI must sound natural and responsive with low latency similar to Bland AI.
