The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting business requirements, developing detailed project scopes, managing tasks, ensuring seamless communication between departments and developing reports. By running internal projects, this is a key role in facilitating our continued growth in new and existing markets. Responsibilities and Duties: • Manage a wide range of technical and non-technical internal projects to ensure they are documented, prioritized, and assigned to the appropriate resources • Collect and document business requirements from stakeholders to understand project objectives and outcomes. • Develop detailed project scopes, including deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements. • Manage and prioritize project tasks, ensuring alignment with overall project goals and timelines. • Monitor project progress and provide consistent and detailed updates to stakeholders, promptly addressing any issues or concerns. • Identify areas for optimization within our internal platform, 3rd-party software, and internal processes, and generate regular progress reports to stakeholders for transparency and accountability. • Work with the Product Development and Product Management teams to determine available resources and time allocations for internal projects to be assigned. • Collaborate with the Product Management team to leverage existing project management software to create consistent reporting and status updates with internal requestors, management and Leadership. • Analyze and develop qualitative and quantitative metrics showing importance and impact of internal projects and their return on investment. Qualifications: • Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on internal project management. • Experience working with a wide range of business systems preferably including 3rd party enterprise software like Salesforce and NetSuite. • Familiar with software development methodologies. • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. • Strong project and time management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. • Ability to do qualitative and quantitative analysis to determine project value and impact. • Strength in the ability to create reports and PowerPoint to show project progress and results.
