Job Overview Join our innovative Workplace Engineering team dedicated to redefining digital collaboration within the non-profit sector. This fully remote position allows you to contribute to impactful web-based systems and software as a service (SaaS) products that enhance the overall workplace experience through insightful data analytics. Key Responsibilities Design and implement advanced web-based systems and SaaS solutions. Analyze workplace experiences to provide actionable insights that drive enhancements. Introduce new processes and refine existing workflows to boost productivity. Collaborate effectively with a remote team to develop and implement new features. Produce high-quality code and actively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Lead and mentor junior team members to foster their professional development. Contribute to project specifications, establish goals, and ensure task completion. Integrate diverse data sources to create impactful visualizations. Architect databases for connected systems and enhance internal processes. Required Skills To excel in this role, you will need proficiency in at least two of the following areas: Backend web service programming (Python, Node.js) Web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) Data analytics and statistical analysis Natural language processing, sentiment analysis, and machine learning Data visualization techniques Qualifications A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to mentor others.
