Customer service CSR for eccomerce custom product business etsy amazon, online, chat, phone support - Contract to Hire
We are hiring for an english speaking customer support expert to work with our team. Roll includes: Phone support(must have good spoken english skill) Etsy messaging support Amazon messaging support Website live chat Emails support We sell customized products that are made in USA, our major industries are birthday, wedding and bridal. The applicant must have good spoken english and understand sales. Etsy and amazon experience are also positives but not a requirement. The candidate will be extremely well organized and love to use spreadsheets to track the outcomes of feedback/reviews. You will be working alongside other support staff who have been in their roles for 3 years, the business needs more support staff to handle the support daily. This position has room for salary growth and also we can teach you new skills after the trial period. For this role we are not looking for new graduates or people with limited online support experience.
