Solutions Manager (UKG Pro WFM) - Remote

Overview

Chewy is looking for a Solutions Manager to join our HR Operations Team! In this role, you will serve as the domain expert and HRIS point of contact for the UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) Time & Attendance platform. This role will support and drive the implementation of new functions and enhancements by understanding end-user needs and developing functional and effective solutions - all to provide an outstanding user experience! In Short • Define and shape the business process architecture within your defined areas of responsibility • Act as primary authority on UKG configurations • Communicate clearly and collaborate with partners • Support feature releases and issue resolution • Document requirements and technical specifications • Develop project plans • Identify test scenarios and develop test scripts • Work directly with business groups • Document the landscape and design • Conduct high-level needs analysis Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field • 3+ Years of UKG experience • Boomi certification • Knowledge of downstream integrations • Superb communication and interpersonal skills • Proven attention to detail • Comfort with leading multiple tasks and projects • Expertise in agile software development methodologies • Knowledge of Business Intelligence concepts • Customer's First approach Benefits • Equal opportunity employer • Diversity and inclusion Apply Job!
