Project Period: October to December (3 months) Compensation: Annotator: $41 per valid audio hour Quality Assurance (QA): $30 per valid audio hour Career Progression: Annotator > Quality Inspector > Supervisor (limited positions available) Key Responsibilities: As an Annotator: Carefully transcribe audio according to guidelines and submit your work. Collaborate on modifications based on quality feedback. As a Quality Inspector (QA): Evaluate and enhance the quality of annotations. Provide constructive feedback to annotators for improvement. Return low-level errors to annotators for correction without extended assistance. As a Supervisor: Receive additional compensation for management responsibilities. Train new team members on platform operations and procedures. Answer questions and provide guidance, leading regular review meetings. Monitor and assess team quality, selecting newly qualified annotators and inspectors. Assist the Project Manager in managing team dynamics, including notifications, data conditions, and feedback. What We Need: Native speaker of Bashkir. Experience in transcription. Strong reading comprehension skills in English. Ability to commit 3-4 hours of work per day.
