Key Responsibilities: • Executive Compensation Strategy: Develop and implement executive compensation strategies that align with Chewy's business objectives and ensure competitiveness in the market. •

  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and benchmarking data to make informed decisions regarding executive compensation packages.

  • Executive Pay Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of executive compensation, including salary, bonuses, and equity plans, to ensure alignment with company goals and performance.

Program Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and modify executive compensation programs, ensuring they attract and retain top talent. •

  • Compliance: Ensure all compensation programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements, providing recommendations for changes when necessary.

  • Communication and Education: Effectively communicate executive compensation programs to executives and stakeholders, providing education and guidance as needed.

• Qualifications: •

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field; Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CCP, CECP) preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in executive compensation management, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

•

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in compensation data analysis tools.

•

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

•

  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing executive compensation.

•

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
