Job Description: M&M’S Disney Springs is currently seeking Seasonal Associates for the 2025 Spring Season! This position will be through mid-May. This position pays $17.50 per hour. Candidates must be available to work a minimum of 18 hours per week from mid-February through early May, including weekends and holidays. For those interested, there is the potential for this to become a permanent employment opportunity dependent on business needs and Associate performance. Job Overview: Our Temporary Retail Associates will be trained in all areas of the sales floor and will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience for our Guests, whether in a character, character buddy, cashier, selling, or merchandising position. This customer-facing role requires positivity, product knowledge and determination to create an unforgettable customer experience.
