The Leadership School is a new educational option that prepares students to be in the driver's seat of their own learning and to navigate the path toward the lives they imagine for themselves. We are the first public charter school in St. Louis County, paving the way for educational choice and opportunity for all families in the St. Louis area. We opened our doors in 2022 and serve K-4 students in the Normandy area. You will teach 4.25 hours/day, and be paid for 1 hour of remote planning each day. Hours are either 7:45 AM - 12:00 PM + 1 hour remote planningor 11:30 AM - 3:45 PM + 1 hour remote planning Pay is $25 - $35/hour which is equivalent to $31,250 - $43,750/year Paid Holidays, Wellness Breaks & Sick Days 10 - Month Work Year August - June.
