Business Technology Analyst

The U.S. Bank Corp is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Business Technology Analyst to join our growing team. As a critical member of the IT team, the Business Technology Analyst will provide comprehensive analysis of technology solutions to ensure the success of the company's business objectives. This position requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of technology and business processes. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Responsibilities: Utilizing strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to ensure the success of the company's business objectives. Analyzing technology solutions to identify risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Developing detailed project plans and tracking progress throughout the project lifecycle. Leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful completion of projects. Collaborating with stakeholders to define business requirements and ensure quality solutions. Documenting processes, procedures, and best practices. Identifying and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. Developing and maintaining relationships with external vendors and partners.
