Description: *Responsibilities** Oversee the settlement process for fixed income securities, focusing on syndicated and private debt Monitor trade activity using loan tools and ClearPar Manage new loan processes from funding to administration Coordinate with various teams to ensure accurate booking details for investments Address trade and cash inquiries from service providers and the investment team Review daily cash and position reconciliations to maintain accurate balances Collaborate with senior team members to handle syndicated and private debt portfolios Understand the bank loan closing process and track future investment opportunities Communicate with third-party teams to ensure proper booking and processing of deals Establish and maintain detailed procedures for deal flow *Qualifications** Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record 5-7 years of experience in accounting, hedge fund administration, valuation, or finance Preferably background in High Yield/Credit hedge funds with knowledge of Syndicated and Private Credit Strong data analysis and Excel skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to solve complex issues and manage multifaceted projects Apply Job!
