About the position U.S. Bank is seeking multiple API Analysts to join our team in New York, NY. In this role, you will be instrumental in writing clear and concise API technical documentation that will serve both the Bank's development teams and external partners. Your expertise will help in developing interactive tutorials and process flows that enable developers to quickly familiarize themselves with our systems. You will also assist in establishing objectives and key results, taking ownership of development outcomes to ensure that our projects meet their goals. Collaboration is key in this position, as you will work closely with various teams, including enterprise platforms, engineering, architecture, and user experience. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into user stories and API specifications using Swagger, ensuring that all aspects of the API are well-documented and accessible. Additionally, you will contribute to the API testing phases, validating all scenarios to ensure a seamless integration and functionality of our services. Responsibilities • Write clear and concise API technical documentation for the Bank's development teams and external partners. , • Develop interactive tutorials and process flows to help developers get up to speed quickly. , • Assist in the establishment of objectives and key results and own the development outcomes. , • Collaborate with other teams including other enterprise platforms, engineering, architecture, and user experience. , • Translate business requirements into user stories and an API specification using Swagger. , • Contribute to API testing phases and ensure all scenarios are validated. Requirements • Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. , • 3 years of experience as Computer Systems Analysts or in a related occupation. , • At least 2 years of experience with API, RESTful Webservices, SOAP, JIRA, JSON, Swagger, XML, Software Development Life Cycle methodology, Agile, Postman, and Soap UI.
