Roles/Responsibilities: · Lead architectural solutions that align with business objectives. · Manage large proactive and RFPs for Quality Engineering, Modernization, Transformation, and Maintenance. · Oversee large proposals for Quality Engineering, DevSecOps, Non-Functional requirements, Modernization, Transformation, and Maintenance, while leading and managing solution activities in a dynamic environment across BFSI/CMT/HCLS industry segments. · Create winning solution themes and deliver solutions that meet customer requirements. · Provide domain and technical expertise in identifying business processes, customer journey, domain, to define business solution architecture. · Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies that can enhance the proposal/solution. · Demonstrate strong knowledge of the service industry. · Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to keep architectural deliverables up to date. · Coordinate with cross-functional teams/service lines to ensure alignment and integration of solutions. · Ensure all architectural solution deliverables meet standards. · Facilitate solution workshops and sessions to explain/defend the solution architecture Required Qualifications: · 7-10+ years of services industry experience in a Designing Solution for Proposal and Client Business requirements · 12+ years of experience in handling large and complex delivery projects involving global delivery teams for Quality Engineering. · Proven experience in managing large proposals for Quality Engineering, DevSecOps, Non-Functional, and leading / managing Solution activities in a dynamic environment · Deep understanding of, and experience in, delivery of applications, products using Hybrid/Agile methodologies · Experience in setting up testing COE, testing processes, compliance, security, test automation, testing tools and frameworks · Domain & Industry knowledge in BFSI/CMT/HCLS · Master’s degree in technology, MBA degree, or equivalent experience · TOGAF/ Agile/ Cloud Certification a plus Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $ 102,600- $ 162,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
