As the Manager, Property Accounting, you would oversee all facets of retail real estate accounting, ensuring accurate financial reporting and effective collaboration with tenants. Description: • *Responsibilities** • Review and prepare financial statements for multiple properties • Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes • Create budgets, forecasts, and analyze variances • Handle CAM reconciliations, estimations, budgets, and tenant disputes • Maintain property balance sheet and income statement accounts • Independently work and collaborate within a team environment • Generate rent increase and commencement letters • Review sales reports and calculate/bill percentage rent • Enter and manage tenant data in accounting systems • Communicate with tenants regarding collections and billing • Review and input A/R adjustments and miscellaneous invoicing • *Qualifications** • Demonstrated proficiency in accounting software and financial systems • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and relevant software tools • Experience with CAM reconciliation processes • Strong grasp of real estate accounting principles • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to convey complex financial information to various stakeholders • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting • Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related field Apply Job!
