Responsibilities • Assist elderly clients in selecting appropriate Medicare plans including Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans. , • Provide guidance on ancillary products such as Cancer, HIP, Heart Attack, and Stroke insurance. , • Build and manage a team of agents, earning overrides on their sales. , • Work with provided leads, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process without cold calling. Requirements • Must be a licensed Medicare agent or willing to obtain a license. , • Strong work ethic and drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.
